Once a digital product (e.g., eBooks, pdf, downloadable materials) is purchased and delivered, we do not accept returns or provide refunds, except in cases where:

• The digital product was defective or not opening.
• There was an error in processing the purchase that resulted in an incorrect product being delivered.
